We take pride (and a lot of ownership) in doing our job well — which is to make sure your experience in offshore printing is what we know it can be — a well-executed production process which guarantees your project is produced to your expectations. (We actually strive to exceed your expectations — this is the only surprise we like in offshore manufacturing.)
Because of our years in the industry and our understanding of the processes involved, we are very hands on, which assures our clients that there is action behind our words. We travel when it is needed; we don't just email your spec's to a far off land and hope all comes out as planned.
Experienced
Our experience with the printing industry has spanned the hands-on craftsmanship of the 80's, the dynamic technological explosion of the 90's and the spirited transformation in Far East printing of the last decade. This gives us an impressive depth of understanding of printing and manufacturing. We understand printing — from a technological, managerial, and work flow perspective.
Our printed projects and other related manufacturing reveal that our core of dependable, consistent, capable offshore printers has the ability to produce the quality printing we know and expect. We did the leg work (and got the frequent flier miles and ate the weird food) so you wouldn't have to do it.
We place jobs with one of our vendors because they have the capabilities that fit the job rather than just "calling in the order" or chasing the lowest price. The project is manufactured to our exacting specifications entirely in that plant, using their own equipment and employees. If a part of the process requires subcontracting, we are adamant about responsibility and quality assurance.
We demand quality and service from our vendors so we can provide you with the same. You are trusting us to look out for your best interests and we take that trust seriously.
Curious
We ask questions. We ask ourselves how we can best help you accomplish your goals. We ask you what you are trying to accomplish and how you visualize the completed project. We ask our vendors what issues might arise in producing your project. We want to know...!
Through our experience, we may be able to make suggestions that you might not have considered — or present design opportunities you did not think possible. We may also be able to flag potential pitfalls or manufacturing challenges when they are still in the planning stages.
Because we travel and because we are hands-on, we have the added bonus of seeing many projects that our vendors are working on for other people. We're there and we are noticing. And we'll gladly share interesting design solutions and manufacturing innovations with you — consider us your own private idea resource!
Creative
You might call us persistently creative. We are resourceful problem solvers and we aren't satisfied until we find the best solutions. Whether it is placing your job with one of our vendors whose capabilities match your specifications (that's an easy one!) or figuring out how to make ink stick to the material you want to use for a cover, (that could be a bit larger task) we like a challenge!
