Timing
On average, it takes 8 weeks from receipt of your artwork to final delivery by ocean freight. A partial delivery by air is always an option.

Shipping
We handle all shipping, including clearing customs, according to your needs and specifications. We can also arrange for door-to-door delivery if required.

Fulfillment
If your needs include fulfillment, we can help. We work closely with a safe, bonded warehouse near the port of Oakland. There, your product can be shipped one at a time or in bulk. Fees are very reasonable and the warehouse will bill you directly on a monthly basis.

Do We Travel?
Yes! We are hands-on guys when it comes to your project. We don't just call in the order and wait for delivery. Each one of us spends about 3 to 4 months each year overseas making sure your projects are manufactured to your expectations. Our faces are known at the factories and plants with which we work.

Do You Have to Travel?
No, it is not necessary for you to leave home. However, more than likely, we will, and we are pleased if our customers want to accompany us. We can set up vacation packages for you either before or after your job is completed.

How Do I Prepare My Electronic Files?
This depends on your project, which software you use, and the printer that we select for your project. By addressing these issues early in the process, you won't have to spend time revising your files and our printer can seamlessly use your files to proof and print your project.

How Do I Get My Files to You?
You can send us disks with the appropriate hard copy back-up, or transfer the files to our ftp site. Or, we can pick the files off your ftp site. We will address these types of production issues early on in our conversations.
